Before Returning your trolling motor to us, please obtain a RGA# by e-mailing  or calling us (1-888-684-8698) with the information below.

In order to expedite repairs and insure we completely diagnose your motor properly, we encourage everyone to obtain a Returned Goods Authorization(RGA) number.

We need the following information:  To expedite this process, feel free to e-mail us the following information.  We will e-mail your RGA number back to you within 24 hours.

  1. Model # (example: TE767)
  2. Serial # ( found on the underneath side of the top housing base)
  3. Shaft length
  4. Nature of the problem(s) in as many words as you need
  5. Any special requests (shipping, etc..)
  6. Return Shipping address
  7. Daytime phone number
  8. e-mail address
